Our call center is open 24/7/365 so we always answer live whenever a call comes in for your business. If you need us to connect calls to you, we can do it anytime you like. Some of our clients use our service after hours and during their receptionist's lunch hour. We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays.

Appointment Scheduling

Usage reports twice a month

We know keeping track of their usage is important to our clients, so we provide usage updates twice a month. Reports go out mid-month and at the end of the month so that you know exactly how many minutes your account is using. Reports are provided during the first 90 days of service.

External Posting Service

Do you need your callers' information entered directly into an internal web form vs receiving it as a regular message? With our External Posting Service, we can do just that. As we speak with your caller, we will enter the information into a form that will post externally to your web form saving you data entry time. (Optional Service)

Call Recording

Some companies require that their calls be recorded whether it is for legal protection reasons or quality assurance. We offer call recording. With this feature the caller will hear the legal disclaimer, "This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes." To access the call log, we will issue you a unique username and password to our web dashboard. Once there, you can listen to any call you like. (Optional Service)

How Our Answering Service Works

Step 1. You fill out programming forms

Just two Simple forms are all it takes to program your account. The Programming Questionnaire and The Service Agreement. The 2 forms will be emailed to you. Once you complete them, save and email them back to us.

Step 2 .. We program your account & train our staff

As soon as we receive the 2 forms from you, we start programming your account. After the account is programmed, we train our entire staff on your account so that when the 1st call comes in, we are ready to answer as your receptionist. We will also make test calls and send test messages as needed from our system.

Step 3 .. You forward your line to us & we start answering your calls

Once your Service Number is activated, all you have to do is forward your business line to that number. Forwarding may be done manually or depending on your system, your phone provider can set it up for you. You may forward your line to us whenever you like. You'll have 24/7 Live Receptionist coverage for your business calls.
