Our call center is open 24/7/365 so we will answer live whenever a phone call comes in for your business. If you need us to connect calls to you, we can do it anytime you like. Some of our clients use our service for after hours and during their receptionist's lunch hour. We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays.
24/7 Bilingual Service
Our receptionists are selected on voice quality, typing speed and bilingual skills. If your company caters to the estimated 41 million Spanish speakers in the United States, we have you covered. We can even translate over the phone for you if you don't speak Spanish.
No patch time or message fees
Some answering services charge to send you your messages and some charge for your talk time after a call is connected to you. Constant Link has no hidden fees. Speak to your callers as long as you need to.

On Call Rotation Service
Many companies provide after-hours service and they rotate the on-call staff. With our on-call Rotation Service, simply email us your on-call schedule and whenever that call comes in, we will connect it to the right person. If they don't answer, we can connect it to their back-up. (Optional Service)
Some companies require that their calls be recorded whether it is for legal protection reasons or quality assurance. We offer call recording. With this feature the caller will hear the legal disclaimer, "This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes." To access the call log, we will issue you a unique username and password to our web dashboard. Once there, you can listen to any call you like. (Optional Service)
Messages Sent via Text or Email
We know the importance of getting your messages as fast as possible, so we send out the messages to you in real time. We can send them to you and your staff as text or email message and we can also copy you or other staff members on messages, such as emergency calls or messages sent to the on-call person for follow up.
Local Service Number Included
All of the Constant Link plans come with a Local Service included. If you have an existing business number, you simply forward your line or multiple lines to your service number and your calls will ring seamlessly in our call center. When a call comes in, we will answer as your receptionist.
Fast Account Programming
We know when our clients reach out to us, they need the service as fast as possible so we offer fast programming. We can have most accounts programmed and ready to go live within 2 business days.
Usage reports twice a month
We know keeping track of their usage is important to our clients, so we provide usage updates twice a month. Reports go out mid-month and at the end of the month so that you know exactly how many minutes your account is using.
External Posting Service
Do you need your callers' information entered directly into an internal web form vs receiving it as a regular message? With our External Posting Service, we can do just that. As we speak with your caller, we will enter the information into a form that will post externally to your web form saving you data entry time. (Optional Service)
IVR Service and Voicemail Boxes
If you receive a lot of calls from telemarketers or vendors, using an I.V.R. can save you time & money. For example: "New Clients Press 1", we would answer live and capture that hot lead for you. All other callers can select option 2 and they will be taken to a voicemail box. Any messages left on your voicemail do not count against your minutes and are sent to you in real time.
